Pat Pollak.

     With over twenty years of experience in bodywork and therapeutic practice, she qualified as an Authentic Pilates teacher during her time in Barcelona, where she taught for seven years. She has since integrated this training and her earlier experience into her yoga journey, completing teacher training in Barcelona (Dynamic and Yin Yoga), Portugal (Rainbow Kids Yoga), and India (Traditional Hatha Yoga). Pat has also explored art—particularly puppetry and photography—as a medium for communication, which now enables her to share in her classes the knowledge and insights she has accumulated throughout her careers.
