VINYASA

hatha vinyasa

Also known as Flow Yoga or Dynamic Yoga. It consists of fluid sequences of asanas (postures) linked together. Through breath and concentration the body glides within movement and the mind grows still. With practice of the proposed postures one gradually gains skill, flexibility and strength, according to individual capacity. This style is recommended for people without chronic ailments and for those who enjoy the awareness that movement brings. Classes are of medium or high intensity, depending on the students attending, and always end with relaxation and flashes of philosophy.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a practice in which long holds,  assisted by gravity, gently target deep into the fascia and joints. By means of specific asanas, the fascia is rehydrated, restoring flexibility and elasticity. It increases the flow of bodily fluids, improving detoxification and the nourishment of every cell in the body, and it stimulates the meridians. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness.
